Official Opening of the H.E.A.R.T. Foundation in Cambodia.
The H.E.A.R.T. Foundation was officially approved by the Cambodian Government on the 22nd of March 2007. The official opening in Mandalay Inn, Siem Reap, Cambodia was held on the 13 April 2007.
